Return Policy
It is very important to us at Canine Parties Online, that you are completely satisfied with our products, therefore we will refund your original purchase price if you are not happy for any reason, as long as the product is unused and in its original resalable condition with original packaging.
(Exception: See Gift Baskets, Dog Clothing, Collars).
Up to 20% restocking fees may be assessed in accordance with the manufacturer's return policy and dependent upon circumstances such as, but not limited to, resaleable condition, cost of replacement or repair of any product damage sustained from uninsured return shipping or loss thereof.
Customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs on any unwanted item. Mandatory 20% restocking charge and return freight on exchanges and retuirns may apply, depending on manufacturer. Please contact us first for Return instructions.
*EXCEPTION: Gift Baskets are custom assembled on location by Canine Parties Online within 24 hours after order submission and not subject to cancellation. Customized Gift Baskets, gift baskets containing food items and treats are not returnable unless products are damaged during shipping. Dog Clothes are made to order by our manufacturer to the measurement specifications provided by our customers. Please measure your dog carefully before ordering. Any return item on clothing will be handled in a fair manner by Canine Parties Online but we reserve the right to refuse a return based on incorrect measurements.
Returns due to mis-measurements on clothing, collars, etc. will be accepted buthipping costs will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Please measure and choose collars and clothing carefully!
No customized items are returnable under any circumstances.
Canine Parties Online will also honor a limited 30 day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on all the products that we sell, however we cannot accept returns for damaged products that have been used such as collars, pet steps, clothing, etc. when we have no way to determine the cause of the damage. In these cases, we will try to work with our customers on replacing the item if it was determined that damage was not due to misuse by our customers.
